Terms and Conditions:
1. Passengers are kindly requested to arrive at the bus boarding point at least 15 minutes prior to departure. The management will not be responsible for late arrivals or missed departures and cannot guarantee alternative services.
2. Each passenger is allowed a maximum of two bags, with each bag not exceeding 20 kg in weight. Additional bags will incur a charge of INR 300 per bag.
3. Passengers traveling with commercial goods will be subject to additional freight charges based on the size and weight of the items (approximately INR 500 per box).
4. Tickets issued are valid solely for the specific journey they are intended for.
5. Children traveling with their parents will be charged the full fare if they are taller than 3 feet. If they share a seat with their parents, the full ticket fare is applicable.
6. Tickets issued to passengers are non-transferable, and the management reserves the right to off-load any passenger traveling with incorrect ticket details without offering any refund.
7. The management cannot be held liable for any lost luggage or bags.
8. Passengers are expected to show consideration for their fellow travelers. Disruptive or abusive behavior towards fellow passengers will not be tolerated and may result in off-loading from the bus.
9. Smoking or drinking on the bus is strictly prohibited.
10. Pets and animals are generally not permitted on the bus, but exceptions may be made for caged pets subject to management's approval.
11. In the event of refund claims, payments will be processed within 7-10 working days after confirmation.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation within less than 6 hours from the main station departure time incurs 100% cancellation charges.
- Cancellation between 6 to 12 hours from the main station departure time incurs 50% cancellation charges.
- Cancellation between 12 to 24 hours from the main station departure time incurs 25% cancellation charges.
- Cancellation between 1 to 3 days before the main station departure time incurs 10% cancellation charges.
- Cancellation between 3 to 7 days before the main station departure time incurs 10% cancellation charges.
- Cancellation between 7 to 30 days before the main station departure time incurs 10% cancellation charges.
